OneMuslimNetwork
Business & shopping listing terms
Last updated: 15 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-15
These terms apply when you create or manage a wedding shopping / business service listing on OneMuslimNetwork. They sit alongside our general Terms and conditions and Privacy policy.
1. Our role — a platform only
OneMuslimNetwork provides a website where businesses and service providers can present themselves to people looking for wedding and related services. We help you reach more people in the Muslim community. We do not:
- employ you or act as your agent, employer, or partner in the legal sense;
- sell your services on your behalf as a merchant of record;
- guarantee bookings, sales, payments, or customer behaviour;
- provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Any agreement for goods or services is solely between you and the customer.
2. You take full responsibility
By listing on the platform you confirm that:
- you are authorised to offer the services you describe;
- you take full responsibility for your company, brand, staff, subcontractors, products, and services;
- you are responsible for pricing, delivery, quality, refunds, cancellations, warranties, and after-sales support;
- you will not present OneMuslimNetwork as the seller, organiser, or guarantor of your offers;
- you will keep your contact details accurate so customers can reach you.
3. Swedish law, tax and consumer rules
If you operate in Sweden (or sell to consumers in Sweden), you must follow applicable Swedish and EU rules. Depending on your situation this may include, among other things:
- correct company registration and use of organisationsnummer where required;
- tax registration, VAT (moms), bookkeeping, and declaration of income with Skatteverket;
- consumer protection rules (including clear information, marketing rules, and distance-selling rules where they apply);
- rules on personal data (GDPR) for information you collect from customers;
- permits or professional requirements for certain services.
OneMuslimNetwork does not check that you have fulfilled these duties. That remains your responsibility. If you are unsure, contact Skatteverket, Bolagsverket, or a qualified adviser.
4. Hobby-level listings (Sweden)
Where the platform offers a hobby-level option for Sweden, it is only a listing category for small-scale / informal activity. It does not replace tax or legal advice. If your profit from this type of activity exceeds the informal threshold described at signup (currently presented as 25 100 SEK per year), you must handle tax correctly and may need to register a business. You remain responsible for staying within the law.
5. Accuracy and honesty
Listings must be truthful. Do not misuse another company’s identity, forge organisation numbers, or mislead customers about prices, availability, religion-related claims (for example “halal”), or your qualifications. We may remove listings that appear fraudulent or harmful.
6. Customers and disputes
Disputes about quality, payment, delays, or contracts are between you and the customer. OneMuslimNetwork may, at its discretion, help with communication or remove a listing, but we are not obliged to mediate or pay compensation. Do not ask customers to treat the platform as liable for your performance.
7. Platform rights
We may review, approve, reject, hide, or remove listings; charge listing fees as shown at checkout; and suspend accounts that breach these terms or our general Terms and conditions. Fees for listing visibility are for access to the platform, not a purchase of customers.
8. Acceptance
When you tick the agreement box on the payment page for a shopping / business listing, you confirm that you have read these Business & shopping listing terms (version 2026-09-15), that you accept them, and that you understand you — not OneMuslimNetwork — are fully responsible for your business activities.
