Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of OneMuslimNetwork (“we”, “us”, “the platform”) at onemuslimnetwork.com. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old to register. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use OneMuslimNetwork. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

2. The service

OneMuslimNetwork is a community platform for Muslims. We provide tools for marriage profiles, wedding and mosque services, announcements, invitations, marketplace and community finance features, housing listings, messaging, and related services. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the platform develops.

We do not guarantee that any particular match, booking, sale, or connection will succeed. Users interact with each other at their own discretion and should follow Islamic guidance and local law.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • One person must not operate multiple accounts to mislead others or bypass restrictions.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.

4. Listings and payments

Some features require a listing fee before your profile or service can be reviewed and published. Current fees (including VAT where applicable) are shown at checkout:

  • Marriage profile: 99 SEK for a 6-month listing period.
  • Wedding service / business listing: 199 SEK for a 6-month listing period.
  • Other hubs (for example housing) may have separate fees shown when you submit a listing.

Payments may be processed manually via Swish while our automated payment integration is being completed. You must include the payment reference shown on the payment page. An admin verifies payment before approving your listing. Listing fees are generally non-refundable once a listing has been approved and published, unless required by applicable consumer law.

Community Finance wallet top-ups, marketplace transactions, and third-party payment providers (such as Stripe when enabled) are subject to the instructions shown at the time of payment.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of photos, text, and other material you upload. By posting content on OneMuslimNetwork, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the platform (for example showing your marriage profile to other members or your shop page to customers).

You confirm that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You may edit or delete much of your content through your account; backups or admin copies may persist for a limited time for security and legal compliance.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post haram, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading content.
  • Harass, threaten, or dox other users.
  • Scrape, hack, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
  • Use the site for unlawful discrimination or exploitation.
  • Circumvent payment, approval, or safety mechanisms.

7. Review and moderation

Marriage profiles, wedding services, mosque services, shops, and other listings may require admin approval before they appear publicly. We may reject, hide, or remove content, and we may explain our decision to the account holder. Reports from other users are reviewed by admins; we are not obliged to publish every submission.

8. Liability

OneMuslimNetwork is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or disputes between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish or EU consumer protection law.

We are not a party to agreements you make with other users off-platform (for example a wedding contract or a private Swish gift). Use common sense, involve family or trusted advisors where appropriate, and report suspicious behaviour.

9. Changes to the service and terms

We may modify features, pricing, or these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page. For paid listings, fee changes apply to new purchases; existing paid periods continue under the terms in effect when you paid, unless we notify you otherwise.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence within the European Economic Area. Disputes should first be raised with us via support@onemuslimnetwork.com.
